This program has been designed with the intent to impart the maximum amount of knowledge on Stock Markets in a well structured manner, while keeping it as affordable as possible. The key USP of this program is the TRAINING PLATFORM that comes with it and can be used by the students to gain practical experience in the stock market in a safe environment, once the student has obtained the necessary theoretical knowledge.

What does the “Stock Market Program” entail for the students:

1. Program Structure and XP Points:

The program consists of two levels, each with a designated weightage in XP points. Each level includes recorded videos, downloadable study materials, and tests to earn XP points. The levels and their contents and the weightage in terms of XP points are as follows:

1.1 XP points:

XP points are the points that the students get after appearing for the tests given in the course, given on the basis of the performance of the students in the course.

1.2 Beginner to Stock Market: 900 XP points

The course covers the following topics:

  • Introduction to Technical Analysis – 50 points
  • Japanese candlesticks Part :1 – 80 points
  • Japanese Candlesticks Part :2 – 90 points
  • Support and Resistance – 60 points
  • Trends and Trendlines Part :1 – 70 Points
  • Trends and Trendlines Part:2 – 80 Points
  • Breakout and Breakdown Part :1 – 70 Points
  • Breakout and Breakdowns part :2 – 80 Points
  • Western Chart Patterns – 90 Points
  • Technical Indicators – 90 points
  • Convergence and Divergence – 100 Points
  • Risk Management - 40 Points
  • How to take trades with beginner concepts

1.3 Stock Market PRO: 1050 XP points

The course covers the following topics:

  • Supply and Demand – 60 Points
  • Volume – 60 Points
  • Liquidity and Orderbook – 30 Points
  • Price Action – 110 Points
  • Fibonacci – 50 Points
  • Pivot Points – 50 Points
  • Western Chart Patterns (higher concepts) – 100 Points
  • Indicators (higher concepts) – 100 Points
  • Gaps and Gap Theory – 70 Points
  • DOW Theory – 130 Points
  • Elliot wave theory - 140 Points
  • Trading psychology – 150 Points

2. COURSE VALIDITY:

Once any level of the program is purchased. The study material provided shall be available in a downloadable format however, the recorded videos shall be available for a period of 1 month for each level. If both the levels are purchased together under the combo plan, then the total validity period of the levels shall be 2 months.

3. ACCESS TO LIT:

Students need 1100 XP points in order to get access to the LIT - the training platform.

OTHER MISCELLANEOUS POINTS:

1. Users must have a valid PAN or Aadhar card to use TIC services.

2. Taking screenshots/screen recordings of videos is prohibited.

TESTS & RETAKES:

Users can retake tests to improve their scores and gain more XP points. This is helpful if you need to reach the 1100 XP threshold to access the LIT platform. Students are offered two (2) free retakes per test. If you need to retake a test more than twice, a fee may apply.

Important Note: While retakes are allowed to improve your understanding of the course material, please strive to analyze your performance and identify areas for improvement. This will help you maximize your learning and avoid incurring retake fees.

CERTIFICATION ON TAKING THE COURSE:

Minimum 50% marks have to be obtained in each level so as to get the certificate of successful completion of that level of the program.

LIT is a Stock Market Simulation platform, meant only for training of its students. It is exclusive for those who take the “Stock Market Program” provided by The Investor Co. This initiative is intended to increase the size of active traders in India and potentially contribute to the growth of Indian Capital markets, by making it more convenient for people to enter the markets.

LIT: LEARN, INVEST, TRADE: (Training Platform)

LIT is a Stock Market Simulation platform, meant only for training of its students. It is exclusive for those who take the ‘Technical Analysis’ course provided by TIC on technical analysis. This initiative is intended to increase the size of active traders in India and potentially contribute to the growth on Indian Capital markets, by making it more convenient for people to enter the markets.

How LIT works:

Here's a breakdown of how the LIT platform works:

Virtual Capital and Trades:

Access: You receive a virtual capital of up to Rs. 1,00,000 every week to practice trading. Trade Limits: You can place up to 5 trades per week, with each trade simulating an investment of Rs. 10,000 in real markets.

Weekly Cycle: A "week" on LIT runs from Monday 9:30 am to the following Monday 9:30 am. Mid-Week Signups: If you sign up on a Tuesday, you'll be able to access LIT from the following Monday onwards

Access Duration and Rewards:

Total Access: You have 25 weeks of access to LIT after redeeming your XP points.

Simulated Profits: You receive Rs. 100 for every 1% net profit you generate on the platform (these are not real-world financial gains).

Stock Analysis and Restrictions:

Company Selection: You can only submit analysis for companies with a market capitalization exceeding Rs. 12,000 crore. A list of these companies will be available on the LIT platform dashboard.

Trading Restrictions: TIC has the right to restrict trading on certain stocks by placing them on a "BAN" list.

Exiting Existing PositionsIf you have existing positions in a stock that gets banned, you can still exit them within 14 days.

New Trades on Banned Stocks:You cannot place new trades on banned stocks until the restriction is lifted.

Communication of Banned Stocks:Details regarding banned stocks will be communicated via email, platform pop-up, or the "Company Updates" section on the LIT dashboard.

Monitoring and User Conduct:

Analysis Monitoring: Since LIT is for training, TIC may capture screenshots of your analysis to ensure you're applying the concepts correctly. They own the rights to this data.

Multiple Trades: You cannot place two simultaneous trades on the same stock. Close your previous trade before placing another on the same stock.

Completion Certificate: Users who end their LIT access with a net profit will receive a certificate of successful completion of practical training.

Order Types and Trade Executions:

Market Orders: In after-market hours, you can only place "Market Orders" which will be executed at the opening price on the next trading day.

Trade Exits (LIT Platform):

Your trades on LIT can be exited (booked) in several ways:

Stop-Loss Order:If the market price reaches your predefined "Stop-Loss" price, the trade will automatically exit to limit potential losses.

Target Price:If the market price reaches your predefined "Target" price, the trade will automatically exit to lock in potential profits.

Manual ExitYou can manually exit a trade at any point before it reaches your Stop-Loss or Target price.

Automatic Expiration:If a trade remains open for 14 days from its placement, it will be automatically exited regardless of market price movement.

Obtaining Access to LIT:

XP Points Requirement:To access LIT, you need to accumulate 1100 XP points by passing the tests at the end of each topic in the TIC Technical Analysis course.

One-Time Access:Access to LIT is granted only once per Aadhaar/PAN card (Once in a lifetime opportunity).

Restrictions During LIT Access:While using LIT, you cannot subscribe to TIC's "Algorithm" service or avail their brokerage services. These services become available once your LIT access expires.

Withdrawal Policy:

Profit Withdrawals:You can withdraw your net profits generated on LIT any time during your 25-week access period.

Payout Timeline: You will receive your withdrawal within 7 days of submitting your request.

Single Withdrawal: Only one withdrawal is allowed per user.

Withdrawal Consideration: Withdrawing profits signifies your readiness to transition to real-market trading, and your LIT access will be revoked upon withdrawal.

User Responsibility: You are responsible for providing accurate bank details or UPI ID for withdrawals. TIC is not liable for payments made to incorrect accounts.

Termination of LIT Access:

Your LIT access can be terminated under the following circumstances:

Profit Withdrawal:Withdrawing your generated profits will revoke your LIT access.

Access Expiration: Your access expires automatically after 25 weeks from the date of redemption.

Suspicious Activity:TIC reserves the right to terminate your LIT access and potentially withhold profits if they detect any suspicious or unfair trading practices on your account.

Lack of Proper Analysis:Since LIT is for training, TIC may withhold earnings from trades they deem not supported by proper analysis.

Demo Account:

For Rs. 99 (excluding GST), you can explore the features and functionality of the LIT platform through a demo account. Here's how it works:

Demo Account Cost: Rs. 99 (exclusive of GST)

Demo Trade Limit: You can place one trade with a simulated value of Rs. 10,000.

Demo Profit Rewards: You receive Rs. 5 for every 0.05% net profit generated on the demo trade (these are simulated profits and not real-world financial gains).

Demo Profit Withdrawals: Profits earned in the demo account are withdrawable and will be paid to you.
